What is eNPS?

Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a widely recognized tool used to gauge the loyalty of a company's customer relationships. However, when it comes to employees, a similar concept often referred to as eNPS, or Employee Net Promoter Score, is used.

eNPS is a measure of how likely an employee is to recommend their workplace to others, reflecting their overall satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty to the company. Essentially, it helps the organization understand the overall employee experience and the effectiveness of their internal policies and procedures.

The score ranges from -100 to +100. A positive eNPS indicates a majority of employees are "Promoters," suggesting a healthy work environment and high employee morale, which often translates into increased productivity and retention. A negative eNPS, on the other hand, suggests a majority of employees are "Detractors" and could imply issues with the workplace culture, management, or other aspects of the employment experience, potentially impacting the company's performance negatively.

Therefore, tracking and improving eNPS can be a crucial part of a company's human resources strategy. It allows companies to identify areas of improvement, boost employee satisfaction, and ultimately create a more positive and productive work environment.

In this guide you'll find instructions on how to create polls to measure the eNPS within your company.
