  • How long is the contract duration?

The contract duration is 1 year. After 1 year you can cancel your membership with a 30 days notice. If you leave your employer, your membership will be cancelled at the end of your employment contract.

  • I signed up with TrainMore/ClubSportive via YourCampus, but am still waiting to receive confirmation from TrainMore. What should I do next?

Sign-up and membership switch requests are processed within 2-3 working days.

If you still haven't received a confirmation from TrainMore/CS after 3 working days, please contact YourCampus support with your details, and we will get it sorted for you.

  • I already have a TrainMore/ClubSportive membership. Can I switch to a corporate plan via YourCampus and use my budget to fully or partially cover membership?

Yes, it is possible! All you need to do is select the benefit in the YourCampus app and follow the instructions that you receive via email.

  • Can I go to several TrainMore locations?

For some locations this is possible. If you would like to know whether it is possible for the locations you are interested in, please contact TrainMore. If TrainMore confirms that your locations can be combined, you can proceed with the offer in the YourCampus app.

  • I want to cancel my TrainMore/ClubSportivemembership. What should I do?

If you want to cancel your TrainMore/CS corporate membership, you can do it as soon as the initial 1-year contract has passed. Please send a cancellation request to YourCampus customer support in the in-app chat or at support@yourcamp.us.

  • I'm leaving my employer; what will happen to my TrainMore/CS membership?

Your membership will be cancelled on the day your YourCampus account is deactivated.


ClassPass

  • How long is the contract duration?

The contract duration is 1 month. Your subscription automatically renews every month. You can terminate your subscription any time. We will cancel it at the end of your monthly payment cycle.

  • I already have a ClassPass membership. Can I switch to a corporate plan via YourCampus and use my budget to fully or partially cover my membership?

Yes, this is possible. All you need to do is select the benefit in the YourCampus app and follow the instructions you will receive.

You will need to fill out a switch form and enter your next payment cycle start date. Your membership will be switched on that date. Please note that it takes 2-3 working days for ClassPass to process the switch request. Submit the switch form at least 3 working days before your new payment cycle begins.

  • I paused my membership with ClassPass. Do I need to inform YourCampus about it?

If you pause your membership with ClassPass, please inform YourCampus about the dates as soon as possible. If you don't notify YourCampus your budget will continue being deducted monthly.

  • I want to cancel my ClassPass corporate membership

If you want to cancel your ClassPass corporate membership, please send a cancellation request to YourCampus support in the in-app chat or at support@yourcamp.us. We will cancel your membership at the end of your monthly payment cycle.

  • I'm leaving my employer; what will happen to my ClassPass membership?

If you leave your employer, we will cancel your ClassPass corporate membership. You will receive a notification from ClassPass about the end date. If you would like to continue being a member, you need to send a request to ClassPass directly to keep your private membership active after your corporate plan ends.

  • How long is the contract duration?

The contract duration is 1 year. After 1 year you can cancel your membership with a 30 days notice. If you leave your employer, your membership will be cancelled at the end of your employment contract.

  • What is High-Five and why do I need to create an account with them?

High-Five is our partner, which provides access to a large selection of gyms.

  • How does the financial settlement work?

If your YourCampus budget covers your membership costs partially, High-five will charge the remaining amount directly to you. The first two months are always charged in one payment. E.g. you signed up with the gym on 01.11. High-Five will send an invoice to you for November and December. After that, you will be charged monthly.

  • I already have a Basic-Fit membership. Can I switch it to the membership via YourCampus?

Yes, this is possible. Select the benefit in the YourCampus app and follow the instructions you will receive in the follow-up email.

  • I want to cancel my Basic-fit corporate membership

If you want to cancel your Basic-fit corporate membership, you can do it as soon as the initial 1 year contract has passed. Please send a cancellation request to YourCampus customer support in the in-app chat or at support@yourcamp.us.

  • I'm leaving my employer, what will happen to my Basic-fit membership?

Your membership will be canceled at the end of your last employment month.

  • Which locations are available via YourCampus benefit?

Most of the locations are available via the YourCampus offer. However, there might be some exceptions. You can check the available locations here.

If you selected any of these five benefits in the YourCampus app and couldn't find your location, get in touch with YourCampus support with your details and the location you couldn't find.

  • How long is the contract duration?

The contract duration is 6 months. After 6 months, you can cancel your membership with a 30 days notice. If you leave your employer, we will cancel your membership at the end of your employment contract.

No, it is not possible. You need to cancel your existing membership and apply for a new membership via YourCampus.

  • I want to cancel my corporate membership. What should I do?

If you want to cancel your corporate membership, you can do it as soon as the initial 6 months contract has passed. Please send a cancellation request to YourCampus customer support in the in-app chat or at support@yourcamp.us.

  • I'm leaving my employer; what will happen to my membership?

Your membership will be canceled at the end of your last employment month.
