What is YourCampus?
YourCampus is a platform for flexible employment benefits. Through YourCampus you get access to different benefits and offers. YourCampus platform is based on the app and can only be accessed from your phone.
Logging into the YourCamus app
To make use of YourCampus, you need to install the mobile app and log in. Please follow these simple steps:
Download and install the YourCampus app
Open the app
Enter your company email address to log in
Enter the Security Code which you receive in your inbox
What is a YourCampus budget?
YourCampus budget is a one-off or a monthly allowance which can be spent on benefits in the YourCampus app. The amount is determined by your employer.
Usually you can save your budget. This means that if you do not use (all) your budget before the end of the month, the remaining amount will roll over into your budget for the next month. It could be this is capped to a certain # of months, this is determined by your employer.
What happens with my YourCampus account and budget when my employment contract ends?
When you leave your employer, you loose access to the YourCampus app and all unspent budget.
There is a benefit which I would like to use, but it is not in the YourCampus app. Can it be added?

I want to add money to my YourCampus budget, is this possible?
Budget is determined by your employer. It is not possible to add money to you balance, unless it is requested by your employer.
Can I save my budget?
In some cases this is possible, but this depends on the policy your employer defined. Please check your employee handbook or contact your HR department to be sure.
How is my personal data treated?
We do not share data with benefit partners unless you choose to make use of an offer.
